Funny you’d ask…

What’s something you’ve done that your past self would be proud of?

A Word from Wellin’

When the sleeping giant moves a fraction of a centimeter, the earth cracks.

Now on to this Prompt…

In this world, some things are simply a part of being alive. You can’t avoid them, but how you learn to handle those situations becomes something you carry with you forever.

Uhh, what you talking ’bout, Folkz?

I went toe to toe with loneliness and WON!

Damn Folkz, it’s like that?

Naw Gang, it is that.

But let me explain…

Being alone is something you can’t avoid in life. But how you handle that loneliness can shape the way you see yourself, others, and the world around you.

See, there was a time when I allowed loneliness to make decisions for me. I accepted people and situations that weren’t helping me grow, simply because I didn’t want that space to be empty.

And guess what, Gang?

I didn’t grow either!

But something changed when I realized that the very same space I was afraid of leaving empty could actually be empty AND full at the same time.

Empty of the things that weren’t serving me.

Full of opportunities to become something greater.

And when I stopped trying to fill that space with just anybody or anything, my growth began expanding into it.

Think about that from a builder’s perspective, Gang.

The wider and stronger your foundation becomes, the taller the structures you can build upon it.

And sometimes, the only thing standing between you and that expansion is everything you’ve been allowing to occupy the space.

I even wrote a blog about this experience and put it on my Patreon for $7.

It’s not about the money or selling information. It’s about the value you get from what you invest in.

Because what’s the point of gaining knowledge if you’re not going to use it?

That value is for those willing to take the opportunity to learn another life skill or polish their approach to the ones they already have.

N-e Who…

My name is Kinfolk Wellin’, and I appreciate your time and support.

Aight Gang!

P.S. Below are three buttons: one for Patreon, one for my artwork, and one for FSD.

No pressure, but closed mouths don’t get fed. And yeast fluff bread!

Either way, I still love you, Gang!

Peace.
