I used to think: What the fuck does self love mean?
I thought it was something only the elite of the public understood. Some secret passed around a campfire among a group that didn’t share with the “common folks.”
Okay, what about the prompt?
Self care is self love.
When I started taking the time to do the little things that made me feel good about myself, my self love level increased.
When I followed my intuition more, more self love appeared.
Now to my people out there like, “Duh.”
Good for you. No BS, for real. There is power in that wisdom. Make sure you pass it on to somebody who can do the same.
That’s what I hope to do with this post.
