How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

Introduction – Guru?🤣

Sometimes you just to take 5.

Becoming overwhelmed is a natural.

How we choose to react is the million dollar question?

As a person who used to struggle with anger issues, I learned a few tricks of the trade.

The TMI – Secret Techniques 🤐

The body is effected by the stress and stress triggers.

When I am exercising or just keeping my body activity high, stressers are not as big of a factor.

However, when my activity level drops so does my abilities to handle the stress triggers.

When it’s time to take a break I will turn into smoke like cartoon character.

I am going for a drive, a walk, do Do Si Doe.

💡 Okay, so the Point is?

As I stated above, when it’s time for a break, I’m gone.

I am not the person to keep absorbing stressing events until I snap.

I did this in the past and found I causes more damage than being honest with myself and others.

I find that it’s best that I find a place of peace within myself, engaging in a positive activity to get lost in.

Taking my mind off the stress or situations.

So, what cha thinkin’?🤔

Are you a person who protects your inner peace at all costs?

Do you take the time to put distance between yourself and stressful situations?

Let me know in the comments.  Iron sharpens iron.
