We hear a lot about the introverted personality.
I have been told various times in my life that I am a super introverted person.

I never paid any attention to these comments when I was younger, but I became more curious about what people were trying to relate to me as I got older.
Introverted individuals often prefer solitary activities or small groups, where they can focus deeply and recharge their energy.
They tend to be reflective, reserved, and thoughtful, valuing deep connections and meaningful conversations.

While they may not seek out social interactions as frequently as extroverts, they often have a rich inner world and contribute unique perspectives to discussions and projects.
It’s important to understand and respect their need for solitude and quiet, as it is essential for their well-being.
