If you ever read my blog, you know that my favorite thing ever is to make music.
Making music is the job side of the equation; freestyle is the fun part. I can freestyle for hours without a problem.
It has helped me adjust to life’s changes with grace and productivity.
Learning to freestyle was one of the things that set me free from being in the habit of being like other people.
If I were to label my brand of hip-hop creation, I would label it ‘Warrior Music.’
I don’t do gangster rap, but there are some complex concepts and many N bombs.
But it is a St. Louis thing. Nelly tried to change it with Derrty, but it didn’t have the same taste in the mouth.
