As I look at old age in the face, I realize that I’m at a stage in my life where I understand myself better than at any other time in my life.

And there are things that I want, but I no longer wish for them.

I feel now that wishing for something is passive. It would mean someone else has the power over my decisions. To which I don’t subscribe.

Now to the prompt…

This is where I get loopy, as Hollow the Don would say.

I don’t want the wish.

And I know how it sounds, but as a man who can say he depended on others way too much, I would decline the offer.

Uhh, what, Folkz?!

I know, but I’m being honest. My wish is to grind unblocked, undistracted, and see what I can build.

That’s it. Simple.
