Round One…Fight!

Daily writing prompt
Have you ever liked a villain more than the hero? Who and why?

Didn’t know that whether you’re drawn to the hero or the villain can tell a lot about your inner world.

“They” say it reveals some of the deeper parts of your psychological mindset.

At first hearing it, that may sound like some BS. That’s how it sounded to me. However, there is some real psychology behind why we’re drawn to certain characters and symbols.

Don’t believe me?

All my people with tattoos, what did you get?

Skulls? Grim Reaper? Tinker Bell? Cakes? Pies? Superman? Batman? Etc., etc.

See my point?

Okay, Folkz, but I don’t have tattoos.

That’s cool. Almost everyone on the planet has a T-shirt with a decal on it.

What’s on your favorite hero/villain vibe shirt?

That’s another thing I noticed as well—we have to represent the gang.

If you’re Hero Gang, people know it.

You don’t even have to be a cartoon or comic book person either.

Cop or robber?

Android or iPhone?

Judge Judy or Judge Mathis?

We all have drawn that line in the sand.

Cool Folkz, but what about you?

Dude, you have to ask?

It’s Hero Gang all day, every day.

When it comes down to it, as a kid I remember when I made the choice.

I think I was watching Popeye the Sailor Man.

I remember getting so mad when the villain would hurt people and laugh at their pain, then the hero came and put belt to ass.

I said, that’s what I want to do—help those who need help and don’t receive it.

I have various hero symbols tattooed on my body.

Goku is my favorite person ever.

And nothing makes me happier than kickin’ certified villain ass!
