So today it seems like the universe called me to let y’all know what I’ve got on the stove. LBVS.
Allow me to give you a little TMI.
Like a lot of us, I grew up with a favorite superhero. For most of my life, that was Goku.
If you know… you know.
It wasn’t just because he was strong or because the fights were cool. Goku represented something deeper to me. He embodied the way I saw the world—and the way I wanted to face it. Watching him battle impossible enemies, overcome himself, and keep getting back up spoke to something in me that I couldn’t really put into words back then.
Over time, I realized it wasn’t just the action that I loved.
It was the journey.
Now, here’s the shameless plug.
Over the last few years, I’ve been building my own world… my own story… my own mythology.
Enter Friction Side Dark.
It’s not a copy of anything I grew up with. It’s its own universe, built from years of ideas, questions, experiences, and lessons that have shaped the way I see people—and the battles we all fight, both seen and unseen.
Without giving away too much, Friction Side Dark isn’t just about heroes and villains.
It’s about what happens when the lines between them aren’t as clear as we like to believe.
The first chapter is finally taking shape, and I’m excited to start sharing pieces of that world with you.
We’ll see where the journey takes us.
