Breaking up with someone is a task that hits me hard.
I know people who say once the cut ties with someone, the break up is complete.
They continue on with life as if a piece of themselves were not missing.😕
They pick a new person and ghost their ex.😶
In honesty again I am not one of these people. 🤔

Even though I have been told many times that: “I can’t tell whether you care about me or not.”🤔
When I’m am sharing my life with someone that is exactly what I do; I share my life with them.
I would/will everything in my power to keep you safe, loved, and healthy.
I don’t lie or withhold information from my partner.
It is us against the world.
I feel that to do so would defeat the purpose of having a partner.
And I ask the same of my partner in return.

Maybe it I’d just the stage of life that I am in right now.
Each break up over the years slightly or majorly changes me.
Each time, I rebuilt with a piece missing. But it’s not missing. It’s just not useful anymore. 😕
It applies to a person and circumstances that are no longer priority.
The habits I formed must be broken, yet the experiences have changed me forever.
Starting over carries a whole different weight and feelings. Especially with the wisdom of experience.
Have you ever experienced a touch break up before? If so,how did you recover from the breakup?
My name is Kinfolk Wellin’, and I thank you for your time and support.
