What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

Being rich has always been my goal, ever since I picked up a pen and paper and started writing raps.

Having a lot of expendable cash is the only thing in my life I feel that I haven’t accomplished.

Over the years I have made this goal many times over, yet I have not seen the money I seek to make in bulk form.

I never wanted to be famous just popular enough to make a million or twenty and be on my way.

I’m not greedy just enough not to have to worry about the strains of poverty.

This doesn’t mean that I don’t love to make music or enjoy the process of creating new songs. I just have grown tired of being a starving artist.

Over the years money has become the basis for proof of your musical talents and worth to the culture. The passionate words that use to inspire the masses have been replace by the “Fuck You, Pay Me” Movement.

I hear that having money isn’t everything, well having no money is not the way either. So it’s time for something new.

This is my goal, and it will continue to be my goal.

My name is Kinfolk Wellin’, and I thank you for your time.
