What are you cooking tonight?
I am coming over for dinner. 😁
This maybe the second time I told you I was coming over of dinner, if so sorry I got tied up and it slipped my mind. 😁😁😁
I should let you know that I don’t eat pork, shell fish, catfish, or cheddar biscuits. 🤣😑
And most importantly, I don’t eat bloody meat! Fax!

I knew it was time to change myself when I noticed my friends don’t have a dinner table. 😅🤣😐
How the 🤬 is 🥷🏾’z eatin’ with no dinner table?! 🤣🤣🤣
I am well in my adulthood, and I still haven’t attended an adult dinner party.
Not we cooked and sat on the couch, watched TV, or talked while we ate. 🙄
Or we cook are still sitting on the couch, but no one is talking. A room full a people in dead silence, except the sounds of forks scrapingthe plate. 🙄😴
Or my personal favorite standing in the kitchen eating, with loud music blasting over even louder people. 🥳🙄😵🤢
I could go on, but you get the point.

I don’t want to go to a hood party or family reunion type of event.
But a real dinner party!
With dinner served on a table with cloth.
You know, get dressed up like you’re going out, but you’re just going to a friend’s house for dinner.
Conversation, mellow, or relaxing music playing softy in the background.
And yes, with the awkward centerpiece taking up slightly too much space. 😅😑🤣
The whole nine.

So, what cha thinkin’?
What do you think of the concept I presented on this post? Do you agree? Why or why not?
Have you ever attended a dinner party? If so, did you enjoy it?
Have you been to a “hood” dinner party before? If so, did you enjoy it?
