What’s something most people don’t understand?
Introduction
The world is changing.
We know that this statement is a fact that few would argue against.
However looking at how I viewed the changing world I realized that I had not taken the proper time think about these huge changes.
The T.M.I.
If you are a Gen X like myself you have heard the term “Baby Boomers” your whole life.
These were the group of people that were 20 – 30 years older than me.
From what I can understand, not following or being in the political arena, this the generation that would change the retirement policies in the times to come.
Those in power from the times of the past would be soon replaced by these “Baby Boomers” who would change the American Politics to the ideals of their generation.
What’s the point?
America is a youth based culture. We spend billions of dollars to appear to remain youthful.
A lot of people don’t realize that the balance of power is shifting back to the elders as in the past.
The frontier youthful mindset that the “Baby Boomers” Remember fondly have become the new “Over the Hill” mindset.
The Boomers have changed what it means to be an elder in the times ahead.
It the past it meant bad health, retiring to Florida and getting a car too big for you to drive. (Lol)
Now the idea of old age looks even sexier than ever.
The elders have raised the bar and the Gen X-ers are pushing the levels even higher bringing SEXY BACK, YEAH!
