Today’s question could have been better with me today. Why?

This warped type of thinking that has gotten us in so much trouble as the human race that wants to be someone else can lead to theft, death, and, even worse, war.
War is the worst, in my opinion, because of the massive amount of lives and energy it takes to produce and continue the war.
This thinking leads people to believe that you can effortlessly produce, or better yet, continue to control, the state of mind that took this person their whole lives to master.

Why would I seek to be like someone else when I am the most unique creation under the heavens?
No one shares the unique combination of DNA, knowledge, and life experiences I hold in my present state.
As I look at the slide show of my life, I look at my children to see where my mindset truly lies on specific options in life.
That is the DNA. Our DNA holds and passes this information throughout the generations in this aspect.
DNA is one of the reasons that slavery still affects the mind and the mindset of African Americans so long after the shackles and whips have all but disappeared.

The Black nation still holds these tragic times and memories in our DNA.
I can see this truth in my children; they share certain traits that I and my siblings share in some way or another.
Though my children are born at different stages of my life and act completely differently, they share the typical traits I have seen in myself from both my parents.
I am my mother plus my father, and that equals me. Though I have the DNA information and the deep habits of my parents, how I use this information for choices myself.

I would never want to be anyone but me; why?
I am FREAKING AWESOME!

Each person is different.
Some may agree, others do not, but that is okay.
I want my options diverse: iron sharpen iron.

Peace.
