I think about how far I have come since being a foolish young man. I am running a mock, making bad decisions, thinking I know everything.
I agree with a fellow blogger and say that nostalgia is not something I would have for these times.
A few things give me the feeling of wanting to feel nostalgic.
- Viewing pictures of my children always makes me smile.
- Thinking about the times that I spent with loved ones.
However, life is a forward stream of events that interacts with future choices and past decisions.
Many people in the past are no longer in the future; this is how the life cycle has written the ink.
The best way to see the loved ones of the past is to live in the present, where all times and realities press together for us to feel.
Do I think about them? Yes, I would not go back to those times they were not in this realm anymore.
