When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?
Usually, I sit and think about this type of question and ponder the perfect candidate. Perhaps someone famous in the music industry, an artist, is living the music lifestyle I admire. A favorite business owner best known for their ability to turn a profit while remaining ethical.
Today, I realized I am this candidate! In the last three years, I have come a long way. I am not the person I want to be, but I am different from the person I was in 2020.
In the past, I judged success on how much money was in my bank accounts at any given time. If I cared more about money, I would have more. Knowing that money is a resource is essential. Some people believe that money is everything in life, and this is a foolish thing to consider.
